Born on 5 July 1996 and raised in Pabna District, Bangladesh, Tamim’s early life unfolded far from the noise of major metropolitan centers. This environment cultivated independence, patience, and resilience—qualities that later became central to his leadership style.

He completed his secondary education at Islam Ganti High School, followed by higher secondary studies at Ishwardi Government College. Rather than pursuing a conventional path, he chose a globally structured profession, enrolling at United Maritime Academy to complete professional pre-sea maritime training under international standards.

Life at Sea: Discipline Before Design

Before founding Triple, Tamim built his professional identity as a Merchant Navy officer. His maritime career involved international voyages, navigational watchkeeping, cargo operations, regulatory compliance, and working within multinational crews.

The sea offered more than employment—it imposed discipline, accountability, and risk management under real consequences. These experiences deeply influenced how Tamim later approached entrepreneurship: systems first, emotion last.
