These Terms & Conditions are created in line with Bangladeshi ICT Act, Digital Security Act, Consumer Rights Protection laws and e-commerce best practices. Triple reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Triple’s website, social media pages or ordering any product, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using our platform immediately. Continued use of the website means you accept all updated or modified versions of this policy.
2. Eligibility to Use
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If under 18, parental or guardian supervision is required. By ordering, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate and legally valid.
3. Product Information & Accuracy Disclaimer
Triple works hard to provide correct and up-to-date product descriptions including fabric details, size, embroidery, color and fit. However, customers understand and accept:
Color may vary slightly depending on lighting, screen brightness and device quality
Hand embroidery and artisanal work may have natural variations
Measurements are approximate and may differ slightly
Suppliers may update designs or finishing without prior notice
Such variations are not considered defects under our policy.
4. Pricing, Offers & Availability
All prices shown on triple.com.bd may change anytime due to operational, supplier or international sourcing factors. Prices confirmed at checkout are final for that specific order.
Triple reserves the right to:
Update prices
Cancel orders due to pricing errors
Modify offers or seasonal promotions
Limit quantities of promotional items
If a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, Triple may cancel the order and issue a refund.
5. Order Confirmation & Verification
Every order placed on Triple may require verification through SMS, phone call, WhatsApp or Messenger. Triple reserves full right to cancel or hold any order if:
Contact number is unreachable
Address is incomplete or confusing
Customer provides suspicious or false information
Previous fraudulent activity is detected
Triple may refuse service to anyone for policy violation or abusive behaviour.
6. Delivery Terms
Triple uses verified courier partners. Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, political situation, seasonal demand, or courier workload.
Once the product is handed over to the courier, Triple no longer controls delivery timing. Our responsibility is packaging, quality checking and handing over to the courier.
Customers must provide a correct and accessible address.
7. Mandatory Delivery Time Product Checking
Triple follows a strict rule to protect both customer and company interests. The customer must check the product:
In front of the delivery person
At the time of receiving the parcel
This includes checking:
Size
Color
Fabric quality
Stitching
Embroidery
Any physical damage due to shipping
If the customer does not check the product during delivery and accepts it without inspection, all claims later become invalid.
Triple is not responsible for any issue reported after the rider leaves unless pre-approved.
8. Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
Triple’s full Refund & Exchange Policy must be followed. This includes:
If customer does not check product during delivery → no exchange or refund
If product is damaged during courier and found during delivery check → Triple will exchange
If customer selects the wrong size → customer pays return delivery charge
If customer wants exchange for personal preference → customer pays return delivery charge
Refunds are issued only when Triple is at fault or product is unavailable
Triple reserves full authority to accept or reject claims based on QC inspection.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customer agrees to:
Provide correct name, phone number and address
Pick up calls from delivery team
Check product during delivery
Follow care instructions for fabric and handwork
Not misuse Triple’s brand, images or copyright materials
Incorrect information may cause delayed delivery or cancellation.
10. Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from:
Providing false information
Placing fake or prank orders
Harassing delivery personnel or customer service
Misusing discount codes
Using bots or automatic systems
Uploading abusive, defamatory or harmful content
Attempting to hack, damage or overload the website
Triple may take legal action for any such misconduct.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on triple.com.bd including:
Product images
Logos
Branding
Text
Graphics
Videos
Designs
Product descriptions
are the exclusive property of Triple. Users may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any content without written permission.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action under the Copyright Act of Bangladesh.
12. False Claims, Fraud & Misuse
Triple reserves the right to block customers, cancel accounts, or take legal action if any user:
Submits false claims
Intentionally damages products
Abuses return/exchange policy
Uses stolen payment information
Places repeated fake orders
Fraudulent activities are punishable under Bangladeshi law.
13. Third-Party Services
Triple uses third-party services such as:
Courier companies
Payment gateways
Analytics tools
Marketing platforms
Triple is not responsible for service failures caused by these third parties. Customers must follow their terms and guidelines independently.
14. Payment Terms
Triple accepts multiple payment methods including:
Cash on Delivery
bKash
Nagad
Debit/Credit Card
Payment Gateway options
For online payments, customer agrees that:
Payment is processed by a certified payment gateway
Refund (if approved) may take 5–10 working days depending on the bank
Triple is not responsible for bank delays
If payment fails or gets stuck, customers must contact their payment provider.
15. Limitation of Liability
Triple is not liable for:
Customer’s wrong size or wrong color selection
Damage caused after accepting delivery
Misuse or improper washing
Courier delays or behaviour of delivery persons
Minor product variations
Claims made after delivery acceptance
Any indirect loss such as emotional distress or expectation mismatch
Triple’s liability is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased and only in cases where Triple is directly at fault.
16. Force Majeure
Triple is not responsible for service disruption due to:
Political unrest
Flood, natural disaster
Strike or lockdown
Internet disruption
Fire or accident
Courier shutdown
System failure
In such cases, delivery and service timelines may vary.
17. Privacy Protection
All customer information is handled according to Triple’s Privacy Policy. Triple does not sell or misuse personal data.
Customers must provide accurate information to ensure proper service.
18. Modification of Terms

19. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
Any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of:

Customers agree not to pursue claims outside this jurisdiction.
